We are inviting our exchange calendar which we have integrated into gotoroom and can see the meeting in the display of the dolby device but there is no "start meeting" button. Neither are the other contacts which we invited to the meeting contacted by gotomeeting with an invitation mail to join the meeting.
What are we doing wrong?

If that's the case I guess I will have to contact dolby experts myself. Support is only answering with links to knowledgebase articles.
Did you try calling them? We can typically get you a hardware specialist M-F during NA business hours.
I wrote mails and called but only got answeres like "have you tried turning it off and on again?". Logmein support is messing up my nerves....
