Hi! We would like to know why are we being charged 23% tax on our suscription if it is an European intra-community service (LogMeIn Ireland - ENA Portugal). Is it a misunderstanding? How can I proceed to solve this? Is there any way to get a refund of the VAT charged on the invoices paid so far (5)?

@ENA If you are in a location that requires Value Added Tax, then there should be a place for you to enter your VAT # online with your billing information. Otherwise, you'll want to call into Customer Support for more information about the subscription, as we cannot securely manage billing concerns through this Community forum.
