Webcam camera control zoom settings not saving

I set my zoom preference to 27 then select Apply and then OK. Each time I start up a new GtM, my webcam zoom preference returns to default (0). How do I save my preference configuration so it comes up with way each time? Thanks community.

Re: Webcam camera control zoom settings not saving

Sorry, that Preferences button could be misleading.  Those 'Advanced' webcam settings are actually your own webcam's software settings, and not GoToMeeting's.

Re: Webcam camera control zoom settings not saving

Hi @wmetzler ,

GoToMeeting itself does not have advanced webcam capabilities like zooming, so I'm afraid it cannot 'remember' your preference when you rejoin the next meeting.

Re: Webcam camera control zoom settings not saving

Sure it does AshC.

1. Settings

2. Preferences

3. Select Webcam from Category

4. Select Advanced

5. In the Camera Control tab you'll see Zoom, among other configurable settings.

Why are these settings not saved when selecting OK?
