convert GoToMeeting license to GotoWebinar?

Is it possible to upgrade a gotomeeting license to a gotowebinar license? I just got two goto meeting annual licenses and would like to transition one into gotowebinar, is that possible?

You should be able to do that through either your Admin Center, or through the GoToWebinar home page: https://www.gotomeeting.com/webinar/pricing
