design flaws for allowing permission to use microphone that causes constant audio problems

Daniel was very knowlegable. However it's the design flaws for allowing permission to use microphone that causes constant audio problems. You need to make this MUCH larger so it can't be avoided. Also your goto browser version cannot be seen full screen and there's no options for attendees who cannot download the app for corporate security. We tested this and it's impossible to get a full screen with browser version. More and more companies are now restricted from downloading apps and can only use the browser which causes the screen to be much smaller and hard on the eyes to me navigate and the information! This does not happen with Teams or Google Meet browser versions.

Re: design flaws for allowing permission to use microphone that causes constant audio problems

Hi @484Avenu_ ,

Welcome to the GoTo Community. I'm glad you found customer support knowledgeable and appreciate your feedback. A few suggestions:

  • The first time an attendee joins a session using the web, you're prompted to grant permissions for your microphone. If this is denied accidentally, when pressing the microphone icon on the toolbar, you are instructed on how to give permissions.
  • One recommendation when using the browser is to use the camera zoom on the right-hand side which allows you to adjust what's being shared. You can also hide webcams by using the control on top center to free up screen space.
