I called to complain about this before, but it's still an issue so I'm following up here in the hopes this will make progress.
At least a couple of times a month we get an unhappy customer complaining that our webinar never started. The reason is they click on the "test your connection" link and do not realize they need to click the Join link.
You can say that they should understand, but this is happening to about 2-5% of our attendees and it's a huge pain for them and for us.
Please rephrase the email so it's more clear.
