We have evaluation surveys setup to send out an hour after the last day of a training session. The attendees are receiving the emails without an issue. However starting approximately a few weeks ago, we've had some attendees unable to fill out and submit the evaluation. They will fill it all out and click Submit and then it will just reset make them start over. It's odd because there is not yet a common theme outside of it being a GoToTraining Evaluation. The browsers they are using vary per each person and the folks are from different and same organizations. For example, we can have 3 people from an org and 2 will fill out the eval no problem and the third one will have it reset repeatedly. Any ideas or has anyone else been experiencing this lately?
If they contact us we send them our Word version of the eval so that we can still get their feedback but this adding extra work. Soon we may just stop using the GTT evaluations which is unfortunate as we'd like to fully utilize the product.

If you can gather any information from the problem attendees, such as their web browser version, network / location description, operating systems, then we might be able to try and reproduce the same issue with the GoToTraining Evaluation results.
Here is the info we have on the attendees who had issues with the surveys recently and all of these folks are on different networks/internet connections throughout the U.S.:
So far the only pattern is Windows 10 but then we have several others using various browsers and Windows 10 with no issues.
There are only 7 questions.
These folks are technical IT folks and are trying multiple times in different browsers and having the same issue. It doesn't matter how fast or slow they go in responding.
We would probably want to work with one of these survey pages if possible. If you have an unused survey link, we could probably test further. Feel free to direct message me with one through the Community.
