Unable to update

Hello, for security reasons we have blocked access to all .exe and .msi downloads for our users. Given the frequency that the desktop app updates itself this has become a real problem. Ideally we would like to put in a proxy bypass but that would require the IP address range that GoTo uses, is there any chance that this could be provided?

I forgot to mention, the webapp seems to work well however the organizers of the training our staff attend do not use this function.
