We are not receiving notifications of registrations for one particular license/account. We have verified on our end that the emails are not being blocked. Can someone check the outbound SMTP logs for the customercare@gototraining.com to see if something is being blocked on the outbound side? PM me for the email address we are having problems with.
@janni71 It sounds like you have tested multiple accounts and this is the only one with the problem currently. In this case, you can call directly into support to see if that address has been returning too many of our communication attempts. You may also click on my name here in the Community, and privately send the affected email address' spelling.
