Update - the person is now in the list but it took an hour.
Hi,
I received an email notification that a person registered for the webinar.
But they are not in the registration list.
How do I get that information added to the registration list?
And, how will I know if this has happened to other registrations? Do I need to cross-check all emails with the list?
