Admin has left company. I need assistance to manage Subscription plan

Hi Team, 

Admin has left company I don't his credentials to login as administrator.

I need assistance to manage Subscription plan of my company and cancel it please. 

 

could you help please?

I based in Moscow ( Russia) , so I don't have option to call to technical support. 

could we engage please via email ?  just send me email with suggestions.

If you have access to the Administrator's email address, simply visit www.gotomeeting.com and select 'forgot password' at the login page.  Once you have access to the admin account then you can update the email, suspend the user, and/or assign the admin rights to yourself as an existing user.

Situation is that I don’t have access to admin account. Admin account and billing account were terminated a 2 years ago.

I have access only for active user account and I could see payment details, but I can’t cancel my subscription plan .

Could you help to cancel this subscription plan please ?

@IvanVandyshev  We can't manage billing requests securely through this Community.  Are you unable to call into Customer Support?
