I need assistance to manage Subscription plan of my company and cancel it please.

If you have access to the Administrator's email address, simply visit www.gotomeeting.com and select 'forgot password' at the login page. Once you have access to the admin account then you can update the email, suspend the user, and/or assign the admin rights to yourself as an existing user.
