These are just the last 3 that we know had this problem. There were more before these.
Thank you!
@MHSInc It looks like Spain is your preferred dial in for this webinar: 775-042-467. Try removing this preferred country, then test again?
Sounds good. Thank you.
Can I amend this for every webinar by selecting "Settings" in the left hand navigation menu, then deselecting every country except for the US and Canada under "long distance"? See screengrab below:
@MHSInc Yes, you can do that to remove any additional countries that are unneeded as dial-in options.
Thank you very much! I'll try, and comment on this thread in case we are still having this problem.
Hi,
I just want to jump in here - our dial in is set to United States and we still have the spanish voice issue.
any other advice?
@Sarah96 Please gather the Attendee Access Code and Webinar ID so we can examine the settings for any errors. Thanks.
Can the language of the voice announcements in the waiting room be set by organizers? Or can the announcments be turned off completely?
During a recent webinar with 15 attendees--none located in German-speaking countries or on devices with DE settings--the voice announcment was inexplicably in German.
Dashboard settings were in EN.

I see that other users have experienced the same in the past. Any response?
Hi @Pracsis ,
Could you please share how the webinar event was scheduled (what type of broadcast), and if it was copied from another webinar at any time?
