GoToWebinar follow-up emails do not yet have the ability to customize logos.
While you are allowed to customize follow-up emails after a webinar has concluded, they may not reflect if the emails were scheduled to go out between 0-60 minutes post-broadcast. This is due to the queue time it takes for the webinar system to send emails on time.
