Is anyone else experiencing delays in audio? This seems to happen when we get a large volume of listeners, 700+ on a given program.

If you have a recording of where the delays began, after a certain number of participants have joined, you may want to call into Customer Support to create a case for escalation. It helps if you can contact us within 24 hours of a telephone issue so we can accurately track the problem back to its source.
