I have done a few broadcasts with gotowebinar.
I also turned on the option "include webcams" for online recording.
There was no big problem in broadcasting, but in some cases, there was a problem the recording include sound only without a webcam screen.
What is the problem? How can I fix this?
And is there any way to recover the video of the previous broadcast?
