This happened many times in the past, only 1/4 of the screen is showing in my recordings. Is there any way to prevent this from happening? It is very frustrating as we need our recordings for our absentees.
Hi @dpcceinc welcome to the Community. This is odd. I can check and see what the team thinks. Can you let me know if it's a cloud or local recording? What does it look like on the presenter's computer? Is this just when showing a power point? Does it look like this entire recording? If there is any similarity to when this happens previously, please let me know.
The presenter has it full screen during the live webinar. We have it recorded locally I guess? We had two webinars and the one was fine an hour before. Thanks.
