Hi,
Everytime I start a recording, it shuts me out of the meeting/webinar and closes the aplication. I then have to reconnect. When I re-enter, then I'm being promt that the Webinar is being recorded, but the start buttom is stil active. If I hit the start buttom, I get closed out again. I can then again log in the the webinar. If I trust that the recording is active, as prompt in the buttom to the aplication, then at the end of the webinar, I don't have a file of the recording, nor on my computer or in the online liabrary. Does anyone know how to fix this problem, so I can get recordings of my webinars.
