Recording has no sound after 1 hour

Hi,

I did a webinar yesterday, and recorded it. The webinar lasted for about 1h30. However, the recording just recorded everything until 1h02. After that, there is no sound recording, and the image becomes very slow. So the recording is now useless, and it was the whole point of this webinar.

Did this happen with anyone else at some point? Is there a way to fix it?

@dcarvalheda  I'm very sorry if the entire broadcast did not record completely.  Unfortunately I can't say what went wrong from here, but there are a couple of options available to you: 

  1. For Cloud Recording, please contact Customer Support to file a case for engineering to review.  In some cases they can re-convert the original file for you. 
  2. For local recording files, you probably still have the original, unconverted files on your hard drive somewhere.  These temp files can be found in an "originals" folder, usually within your Documents area:  https://support.goto.com/meeting/help/convert-a-session-recording-g2m040009
