Hi,
Yesterday I gave a webinar. I had copied the email from GoToWebinar and sent it from our server. Everyone who had registered, received the email, and tried to follow the webinar yesterday got the web page: Registration cancelled.
Is this because everyone who registered from GoToWebinar received a unique link and so our email did not? Or does it have another cause?
@asnoeren Do you mean you copied the registration invitation template, or a confirmation email sent by the GoToWebinar system?
Have you considered adding registrants in bulk yourself? https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/how-do-i-add-registrants-in-bulk
Hi @AshC, thank you for your reaction.
You could register for our webinar through a Hubspot landing page. This is linked to GoToWebinar.
In Hubspot, I sent a confirmation email with a https://global.gotowebinar.com/join/webinarnumber that I had received earlier. So the confirmation email from GoToWebinar I copied.
OK, each join link should be different for each attendee, generated specifically by the GoTo system. You don't want to send each attendee the confirmation you received yourself.
