Ok, so it sounds like it's designed to do what I'm requesting. However, it doesn't. We don't get an image and we get either nothing or as I posted in my original post from LinkedIn, it just says "Web Link." When I sent a message to request this to customer service, I was told to post the issue here because it doesn't currently do that. So, please let me know who I should talk to to see if there's just something wrong with the way our account is set up.
