Support for Elgato Cam Link 4K (capture card)?

Hi

I have tried to use GoPro/Canon camera with Elgato Cam Link 4K (capture card) during sessions to get better picture, but this will not work.
https://www.elgato.com/en/gaming/cam-link-4k

It works fine with Teams.

Why is this not supported in GoToWebinar?  Will you enable this?

Running professional webinars requires more than standard webcams.

I use a similar ATEM Mini on a Macintosh computer running GoToWebinar.  We have found that the ATEM Mini does not work with Windows version of GoToWebinar.  Are you running Windows?

This has been an issue for a while where alternative webcam devices work in other programs on Windows but not in GoToWebinar.

Maybe AshC will chime in with an update.

It's running on Windows 10 client.

Re: Support for Elgato Cam Link 4K (capture card)?

It's a problem with Windows and GoTo.

Additionally, GoTo crops the webcam input, so when they do get the Elgato to work with GoTo, be prepared to have your Elgato image cropped in GoTo.  Maybe GoTo can fix that as well or give us a switch to disable the webcam cropping.

Same issue here. Can't connect my camera via the Elgato Link 4K connector. I receive the message:

"Your webcam is already in use. Please close all other applications using your webcam and try again". In MS Teams the stream comes through, but not in GTW.
