Trouble loading my logo

Hi there,

The section where I can load my logo and feature image to my webinar is inactive. If I double click it won't open any folder to get the file from or anything, if I try to drag it, it would not load it. 

Has this happened to any of you? What could I be doing wrong on something as easy as this?

@yoljass  If this function used to work, can you tell us if you've tested this functionality in an alternate web browser?  

 

What type of scheduled webinar did you use?

I've tried in Safari and Chrome. I'm scheduling a webcast webinar.

@yoljass  It should only be a single click to activate, and then a browse window to find your files.  Can you try clearing your local cache, and/or using a private browsing window?

Thanks, I did all that and still did not work. I tried using a different device and it did.

@yoljass   In that case, there may be an issue with the browsing settings on your original computer.  Do you have any plugins or security settings that might block the GoTo site's ability to activate the file/image finder?
