I was in webinar today (Webinar ID: 225-887-675) and I couldn't type any questions the whole time. My control panel was accessible and I could see the questions text box, but it wouldn't allow me to type questions. I had to keep interrupting the instructor to ask questions using audio. I'm concerned that this will happen again. Can you please explain what to do?

Depending upon which application and operating system you have the troubleshooting steps may vary. I would first suggest re-istalling GoToWebinar (may be listed as 'GoToMeeting' in your applications list), and reboot the affected device before the start of your next session.
