Video recording problem

Hello. The recording of my webinar session is not in the video library. I found it in my computer drive and converted it to mp4, but the webcams that are so important are not seen in this file... I need a complete file from the session. Please help me to solve this problem.

 

I was there as a co-organizer, so as I read from previous comments on similar problems, do you thins the recording file of the main organizer may include the webcam pictures as well?

The webcams are included only in the cloud recording.

Can you please let me know how I can get access to the Cloud recording? or is the same Video Libarary?

The cloud recording is the one in the video library

I'm afraid if you recorded to the desktop then there will not be a cloud recording also.  Depending up on your subscription type you may not have access to cloud recording functionality, but most plans do.  Check your GoToWebinar account preferences online to confirm.
