I was a running a client webinar this morning and none of my organizers or panellists could share their webcam. Out of 6 only 1 even had the webcam option on the panel and it was just loading the whole time.
I need this fixed by 24th June and cannot find a way to raise a ticket. Does anyone else have this issue?
There is a setting in the online GoTo dashboard to enable webcams. Maybe that was accidentally disabled.
Also, the latest Macintosh operating system on computers and iPads has a security setting where the default is to not allow GoTo to access the webcam. That can be fixed in the System Preferences.
@J_Thomsons If everybody was seeing the loading signal simultaneously it may have been a connection problem. Let us know if the problem continues during your next test with staff members.
