Webinar IDs change after 1 year?

Hi GoToWebinar,

We noticed an issue with our connection between GoToWebinar and Eloqua - we have recently been using this integration more, but realized that we are not able to make the connection with webinars that are over 1 year old. It seems that the issue is related to the webinar ID - after 365 days, the ID changes from the standard 9-digit format  to a 12-digit format. When looking at the main webinar page is shows the new 12-digit ID but when I click on the registration details, it still shows the original ID.  For example, a webinar we held on 2019-07-10 shows "-20-207-272-593-0" on the webinar page and 727-259-307 in the registration report. We were previously able to get attendee data from this webinar into Eloqua, but after the 10th we lost the connection. Are you familiar with this, and is there a way around it.

 

Also, is there a contact email we can use for questions about connections between GoToWebinar and Eloqua/other 3rd party platforms?

Hi Chris,

We did update the webinar join link length, but IDs are still just 9 digits.  What I can say is that webinar reporting data only goes back 1 year, and is then deleted from our records.  Perhaps this is part of the problem there.
