Hi, I signed up for GTW this morning in error this morning (and have not used it to host any conferences). I'd like to request a refund. However, when I call the customer service line, it directs me to go here. How can I request a refund?

We do not typically process billing requests via the community, however, our call volume is higher than normal due to the current events resulting in extended hold times. As a formality to prove you are the account holder, please email your request to gotoservice at logmein dot com from the email address associated with the account and I will process the cancelation and refund for you.
