Using a Mac laptop, a panelist is connected to audio (speakers and micro) but the other participants can't hear him. He can listen to the others. The tool says micro is correctly working but we can't hear to him. Reading other advises, we tried searching the problem in control panel/sound and disabling any enhacements and ensuring that micro were enabled, and everything was OK.
I have the same problem in another panelist who is using a laptop windows 8.1.
Is this a built-in microphone or an external microphone? If external, what kind?
Within the webinar, go to the GoTo control panel and select "No audio" then select "Computer audio." that might fix it.
It is a built-in microphone in both cases.
We have tried that option of "No audio"/Connect Audio, reinitiate the app, reinitiate the computer... But it is still not working.
In other apps, the micro works, so I understand it is not a problem of hardware device.

In the same Audio section of the GoTo control panel, see if there is a choice to select a microphone. The computer might think there are two microphone choices and might be choosing a non-existant microphone.
