Out of the many PC's I deployed LogMeIn unto there is only one with issues when I try to remotley access it. I hit the CTRL-ALT-DEL button in the 'Remote Control' window and I am immediately disconnected. This Lenovo PC runs the Bloomberg application and has BitDefender Cloud Security for Endpoints installed on it; Windows 8.1. I have another PC at another customers office that is a Dell also running the same Bloomberg application and has BitDefender Cloud Security for Endpoints and I have no issue remotely accessing that PC; Windows 7. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
