Can't add PCs to Central account.

I sent a deployment link to a client but it didn't connect the PCs to my Central account when he installed it, so he created a new account to continue installation with a LMI pro trial.


I am now trying to change the subscription my my Central account but I am getting the message in red


"To continue, use a Logmein ID and user profile with an available subscription"


I am not able to choose anything in the subscription drop down box even though my account has 9 seats left.
