We have no problem installing the LogMeIn AV module by way of Central.
The problem is, after installing, it can't patch. And it always has the indicator that 'update' is failing.
But we have a proxy on our network between the desktops and the Internet.
The LogMeIn application works with that proxy without any problem.
When we disable the proxy for a desktop, then the LogMeIn AV application is able to successfully communicate with Central for updates and patching.
SO: Is anyone else having a problem with the LogMeIn AV reaching your desktops by way of a proxy server and, if so, have you managed to overcome it? (And if you have, can you spread a little knowledge regarding how you did it?)
