LogMeIn Authenticator Failed

A few days ago, the Authenticator failed to authenticate.   I used the backup text option for a 24 hours and tried again.   It still did not work.


LogMeIn Technical support advised me to remove the application from my phone and re-install.  I did that.   Now I cannot pair my phone.   The error says Failed to Pair.  Network error.   


I tried two other phones.   Same issue.


I called LogMeIn Technical support.   They said they see no issues.  Their advice was to disable two-factor authentication.     This is horrible advice. 


Is anyone else experiencing this scenario?
