Monthly report to charge customers


Sorry for my poor english.


I'm using central to manage +/- 400 computers;

all of them are grouped by Customer Company Name.

My whish would be to get each month an automatic report sent by mail with the time we spend on remote systems.

It will be easier to charge enduser and avoid forgetting some interventions.


Actually, I try to generate this report manually;

seems I find How to but each time I try to generate it, I get a page with 'Maintenance server'.

Like if my planning was synchronized with maintenance of the backoffice server :-)


Does someone have already try to do this ?

Or do you have a better solution to manage (and charge) your interventions using this pretty tool ?
