Move or Edit User Groups missing from admin account
I am an admin for our company. I am registered under the same group as all of our other admins and inherited the same permissions. The Move button on the Manage Users page is missing, and I am unable to see any other options to change group membership when accessing a user's account directly from the drop-down menu. I have tried different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and tried logging out/in but nothing is working.
Edit: I have also confirmed that 2 other users with the exact same permissions as myself are able to modify group permissions or move users.

- Have you tried creating a new user group, giving it all the permissions and adding yourself to there? If it resolved it, it wouldn't make sense. But it's what i'd probably try.
