From August to December - can anyone from logmein advise of a fix on this please.
We're all still waiting for this.
How Logmein cannot even release a statement or update to this issue is equally frustrating. Their silence is concerning.
Hi Rubix, or any other user more knowledgeable than I, am I navigating to the device manager on the HOST computer or the Remotely Controlled Computer? (I hope I'm getting these terms right.)
Six months later and it still isn't working. When is it reasonable to expect a response and fix?

Has this issue been resolved? It is very important that this be corrected as I work with confidential information and need my screens blanked.
@PPalette We are working with Microsoft on a new screen blanking tool, after they blocked the previous method from access.
Any updates on this feature?
