After changing the email address on my LogMeIn account, I no longer have access to my old community profile. Every time I tried to access community.logmein.com, I was greeted with a dialog asking me to create a new profile (this post is from my new profile). Is there any way to recover access to my old profile, or is it gone forever?
So you're saying I have two logins? I only have one LogMeIn account. How do I log in to the old community login? With my old email and the same password? It gives me an invalid login error when I do that. When I attempt to recover my password using my old email, nothing comes to my inbox.
Can you be more explicit about what that means? There is no way to "log in with a profile"; the login asks for an email address and a password.
I just told you that I tried logging in with my old email and my current password and it gave me an invalid password error. I tried via a private browser window like you asked, with the same result.
OK, it sounds like your account credentials may be incorrect. Have you tried resetting the password if you still have access to that email address?
