Having the EXACT SAME issue. Black screen after I log in, while the lid is set to do nothing.

@michaelbruhl If this was a recent change with your Win10 device, have you been able to call into Customer Support to check the device settings and activity log?
lower the quality of the screen resolutions on your remote session. that worked for me. i was seeing my mouse move on a black screen. now its working
