Log Me In will not install
Computer ran LogMeIn before but, no longer working. Did multiple reinstall attempts and errors that come up are:
"Windows Requires a digitally signed driver"
Driver: Logmein RFS Drivemap Driver
Driver: Logmein Kernel Information Provider
Sean17 Can you please check if this update is installed? https://catalog.update.microsoft.com/search.aspx?q=4474419
We have identified an issue with the Kernel Information Provider Driver specifically, and we are working on a fix for it. I will contact you directly when we have a new build that you can test.

We are having the same issue on a computer running Windows 7.
Log me in stop running on 4-8-24. Tried reinstalling but receiving same two errors on reinstall.

Hi, I installed the update you noted.
The one driver error is now gone. However, the LogMeIn Kernel Information Provider still comes up as an error.

Hi Sean17, welcome to the community.
Can you provide some more details about the computer, what version of Windows does it run?
