The LogMeIn Client keeps logging me out every hour or so even when I tell it to keep me logged in. Its very frustrating.
My device is set to trusted as well from the profile side.
I'm at a loss its very disruptive to my work.
Does any one have a work around?

Hi, thank you for your patience.
I am marking this post as the solution temporarily so that everyone sees this update. It is not the final solution.
I met with some of our team this morning and can provide an update.
Hi @matt_frankl1n, welcome to the community.
Can you please provide some more details and could you gather some log files from your computer?
I have also been experiencing this here, as well as another co-worker. Ever since the latest update, if I stay logged in for a period of time, and try to connect to a PC, connect to CMD client, or even so much as refreshing the list, it says "Saved password is invalid" and forces me to log in again. I have it happening on two different PC's of mine, on top of my co-worker's.
It has just been tedious because once I get on the phone with a customer to assist them, I have to re-login and authenticate and everything before I can even see the PC, whereas before, I could just connect immediately. It also gives us a sort of false flag initially, because the PC list doesn't update after a while, and sometimes it doesn't represent the status of the PC correctly (ex. Offline but it's actually online, might say Offline since yesterday, but actually is online since this morning, etc.)
I will have the debug level logging checked, so I can try to reproduce the issue later on (will be out of office shortly)
I enabled the debug logs.
Then exited the app entirely and re-opened it and the same issue that occurs after a period of time occurs when you re-open.
I checked the logs and no new entries were logged in my testing with the exiting and re-launching.
I'll check later today for the session time out.
I would like to add that it doesn't seem to matter if you were JUST connected to a site, it seems after a certain amount of time passes after login, it just kicks you out when you try to establish any connection to a computer. Expanding or Collapsing the site list, doesn't affect it, but once you click on info, or attempt remote connection, it kicks you out. I was just in a site for a long period of time, and after about an hour, I went to reconnect to check one thing, and it did it.
I am getting the same message in the screenshot provided in the post above mine, about invalid password, log in manually. My co-worker also tried changing his password and it still did it.
Ive having the exact same thing happen when I try to connect to a pc and has been happening for the past month. I manage almost 200 machines remotely and I'm having to log in to the Logmein client and authenticate every time I try to connect to a machine. This gets to be a little tedious over the course of a day.
Has anyone found a fix yet?
I am also experiencing this behavior. Have the latest LogMeIn client installed. Seems to have started after the client last updated.
I too am having the same issue where when logged into the client it logs me out after an hour or less whether I Am in a remote session or not. I have a similar issue when logged in on the website but I can retain my remote session when I get logged out.
I have already cleared my trusted devices lists more than once and reinstalled the software, with no change.
Case 19002361 created with support. I'll let you know what comes of it.
