We have recently changed PC and now have to log into our computer with a pin number rather than a password. Sadly logmein doesn't recognise the pin number and the computer isn't giving us the option of choosing a password. Do we need to find an alternative way of remotely logging in or is there something within logmein that can help? Thanks
@Jasmine Park You may need to re-install the LogMeIn desktop software onto the Host PC. If you need help with this, and have access to the computer, feel free to call into Support for assistance.
