I am trying to show Microsoft an issue we are having with some of their software.
They gave me this URL https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/29289/receive-remote-assistance-support-from-microsoft which uses LogMeIn rescue and asks for a 6 digit code.
We run the exe file and it then sits on Connecting... forever.
I'm on a corporate LAN behind a proxy server and hardware firewalls so is there some configuration needed on our side or log files to help troubleshoot?
