ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Email to Service Incident - stopped working I contacted support, and highlighted that the email to incident feature was bouncing emails. It has since been resolved (no changes required our side) and emails to each service are now successfully getting through and creating incidents again. Many thanks. Re: API setting custom fields I'm also getting an error when trying to set a custom field in an incident via the GoToAssist Service Desk API. I can't find any examples in their postman collection or documentation for this. Did you work out how to add / update custom fields programmatically via the API? Re: Email to Service Incident - stopped working I've since received a failure response after sending some test messages to the GoToAssist service in question. "Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, querying the Domain Name System (DNS) for the recipient's domain location information failed. " The recipient domain being the subdomain associated with our GoToAssist instance (e.g. <subdomain>.assist.com). Could you please confirm why emails to this service would be bouncing? Nothing has changed at our end in our setup of the service and it's been working fine for months. Appreciate your help. Re: Email to Service Incident - stopped working Unfortunately no non-delivery reports have been received. New tickets just aren't being created when emailing the service's address. I've tried emailing from a couple of different sources and it doesn't seem to make any difference. The last successful ticket created from an email to the service was on the 15th of Sept. Any help you can provide would be great. Email to Service Incident - stopped working We've noticed that the "email to service desk incident" process seems to have stopped working since around the 15th of September. The emails being sent aren't resulting in a new incident. Has anyone else experienced similar issues on any of their services? Could it be a result of the below GoToAssist service desk maintenance on the 25th? ----- Sep25,2021 GoToAssist Service Desk Maintenance Reporting Extract as CSV from GoToAssist Service Desk not working. Is anyone else experiencing issues extracting csv reports from the GoToAssist Service Desk platform? For the past week I've been unable to extract any reports. It just loads indefinitely and never provides a file to download. Update: I've been trying to run these reports for the past week with no success.... and as soon as I create this ticket it now seems to be resolved....🙄 Update 2: Not resolved, just temperamental it seems. It's occasionally working. Re: Is it possible to run a global report that only shows incidents from selected services? Thanks! That's a shame as we were hoping to combine incidents from two services in a single view within GTA rather than having to export the data. It would be a good filter addition to the global reports for the future. Kind regards, NickIs it possible to run a global report that only shows incidents from selected services?I'm trying to run a Global Report in GoToAssist Service Desk which only returns incidents from two services. There doesn't seem to be a filter for the service when running a report at the Global Level, can someone please confirm if it's possible?
