Good news, support was able to solve this. Thought I would post for future users. Tested and working now in Excel formulas. Using iOS 11, a punctuation character appears to be sent incorrectly. This could be the result of "smart punctuation" which is an iOS 11 feature that is enabled by default. By the way, when I initiated a restart, it said it was closing 4 apps and restarting. They were all named Logmein RC Nofication Sink, Releasing resources... Every couple of days the dual monitors flash black and she gets booted out and cannot continue working. I was at the office today so I took a look. Everything ran great while I used it in person. She reconnected and could see the screen but not do a thing.Rebooting fixes it so it is not a settings issue. Help?845Views0likes2Comments
