Re: Opener failed to launch To my knowledge nothing has changed on my end since the last time I used GoToWebinar. I'm going to try again today and see if it works. For reference I am using Chrome / PC. Opener failed to launch I'm having an issue where my webinar won't launch. I've tried multiple times and it looks like it's going to open and then nothing happens. I am WFH today and have done Google Meet and Teams calls without any problem. I've used GoTo from home before as well -- nothing has changed on my laptop. Fortunately this was a dry run so I can reschedule for tomorrow, but what happens if it won't launch tomorrow? SolvedRe: Problems with bulk upload of registrants Unfortunately this solution isn't working for me again today. I just sent back a ticket because this is halting productivity for me. Re: Problems with bulk upload of registrants Yes, that's what I used. Apparently the problem was the accent marks in the names -- even dashes and periods in names. I had to open my spreadsheet in Notepad, then save it as a an UTF-8 file, then open it again in Excel then save as a .csv. Problems with bulk upload of registrants I am having problems uploading a list of bulk registrants. I used the template from GoToWebinar, saved the file as a .csv and have tried uploading it 3 times. Each time it appears to go through, but then I receive an email message telling me there was a problem with the bulk registration. My company's email is tomorrow and I need to have these 1,000+ names added. The file is only 65 kb so I don't think it's too big. Working in Chrome, btw. SolvedHybrid event using Virtual Events Can you do a hybrid event using the Virtaul Event feature? For example, I have a two-day event coming up, with about 100 people. Half will be in person and half will be attending virtually. Day 1 features presenters who are all in person that we will stream out to virtual attendees. Day 2 features some presentations from the virtual audience. My concern is do you have to set up each session as a different event with separate registration? Or do you put in a long 1-day event with the applicable presenters noted & let them join / share screens at that time? Also curious about recording for a day-long event. If I have ot set up sessions as different times it will be difficult, as I don't think my presenters will stick to a schedule. SolvedRe: Webinar Registration Link now leads to my cloud recording?Believe that was an operator error issue as we were new to the platform then.Re: Register for multiple webinars at once?? Good point on the reporting. Will it generate separate reports or for each session? Also, I set up a series to try it out -- although it lists 4 only 3 events show (without clicking a link to expand) and it only offers a calendar invite for the first event. Why is that? Thank you. Re: Register for multiple webinars at once?? Thank you for the info. I have a 4-part webinar series coming up and I think customers would appreciate just having to register one time, but can I swap out any polls, handouts, or videos that I use to change the content each week?
