We had to change the Color options on the LogMeIn toolbar from HD to the middle color choice when connected in LogMeIn on the mac. Re: Keystrokes suddenly stop appearing on MacOS to Windows 11 I have a user that is using a Macbook laptop probably like two years old. I think its running the latest OS and i know its running the latest LogMeIn updates. The latest LogMeIn host control is installed on his remote computer which is a Dell Desktop running Windows 10 Pro which also is fully updated. He has reported to me that while connected in LogMeIn and typing in programs like Microsoft Word/Outlook he will randomly lose access to type on the keyboard. The only way he can get it back is by doing like a copy/cut and paste function and then the cursor will come back and he can type again. Re: Keystrokes suddenly stop appearing on MacOS to Windows 11 having a similar issue with a user here, just wondering if you ever found a fix? Mouse issues and Dual Cursors over the last couple days, i have a few users complain that they have been having issues with their mouse cursor either not showing, disappearing or in some cases showing multiple mouse cursors. Has anyone else experienced similar issues and have a permanent fix for them? I think if i have the users check the box for Lock the keyboard and mouse on the logmein toolbar that seems to help. Re: Slowness. Seriously... What's up with the lag and slowness? we have no connection issues, we can run plenty other alternatives such as teamviewer perfectly fine with no issues. Re: Slowness. Seriously... What's up with the lag and slowness? the host computers are at our office in one location and the people are remoting into them from all over. Re: Slowness. Seriously... What's up with the lag and slowness? its not data folder syncing occurring its when users are maneuvering around their computer. I constantly get people complaining it is slow moving around windows explorer windows in LogMeIn. I have made sure I have ran all the updates on their computers and video card updates as well. It is not the internet connection because if i connect to the same computers with teamviewer it is fine and smooth and quick. Re: Slowness. Seriously... What's up with the lag and slowness? we are seeing a lot of lag and slowness in logmein. Particularly with open folders on their windows 10 computer. We have updated all the video drivers and reinstalled logmein. Anyone else have a fix for this? If i use teamviewer on the same computer i do not have any problem.
