We're just coming up with a plan with what has to be done. We do currently have 2 device groups. So what you're saying is when we deploy we should deploy to a different device group and then we can delete the existing device groups which will remove the old v4 client? Needs to be a select all option. Bulk delete v4 devices in v5 I am not seeing a way to bulk delete devices in Gotoassist v5. This is a big problem for many reasons. When installing Gotoassist unattended v5 it is installing side by side with v4 causing duplicates in the console devices list. All these v4 duplicates have to be deleted from the console devices list. Devices are decommissioned and have to be removed manually This is feature absolutely necessary for larger organizations. A partial fix would be for Logmein to change the v5 customer installer to remove old versions prior to installing the new, but that still doesn't remove the duplicate devices from console. Is LogMeIn ever going to push out an update to automatically bring v4 customer agents up to v5 or is this up to the org to figure out how to upgrade on our own? Devices that were offline when I opened v5 Agent console remain offline in agent console until I close and reopen agent console. I have submitted feedback in v5 for this many times. v4 had the refresh device list button. It's annoying to have to keep closing and reopening Gotoassist v5 agent console to refresh a device's status.
