It's solves my problem that I had since a few months!👍 Re: Windows 7 Host cannot connect Sorry but we still have same problem on Win7 host. Host gets offline and after a few days it comes back online. I never found the exact problem... Re: Windows 7 Host cannot connect Thank you for your help. I responded to your private message. Let me know next step Windows 7 Host cannot connect Maybe someone can help me with this....Hopefully! Long story short...We have a remote Windows 7 (32bits) that we cannot upgrade (old software on it). It is isolated from everything except for logmein (for security reason obviously). The host can never connect to logmein. We have other computer on site (windows 10 and 11) and it's working for them so it's not a firewall issue, etc... I made sure TLS 1.2 is enable (internet options) on the host and I added registry key. In the logmein logs on the host there's always some errors like: ''SessionDataReport - Error while trying to send Central https request: 0x191:'' and ''SSL error : error (in connect)'' and ''WebSvc - Failed to connect to web gateway:[no error description found] (0x1408f10b) And the computer was installed a few years ago by another company and it cannot be updated (can't installed KB for exemple). Other than that I have access to computer to add registry keys and stuff like that if needed Can someone help me with this? SolvedRe: Computer unable to connect (weird problem) Thank you, I will check that. Re: Computer unable to connect (weird problem) HiKateG, - It's a virtual machine running on a windows 7 with version 15242 (host software version of logmein). We cannot upgrade that computer because it runs old software. - Yes other computer on same network are working with logmein but not same version of windows - It connects but sometime it takes one full day and today after a restart it connected after 2 hours. Its' random... It just strange that it take a long time to connect. With the log that I sent I thought that maybe someone had a reason for that... Thanks for your help Computer unable to connect (weird problem) I have a problem with one specific computer that is not connecting to LogMeIn. It's driven me nuts! After a reboot this computer will not connect to LogMeIn but after a while (can be up to 2-4 days) it suddenly connects. I have tried everything without success. Time and date are correct, computer can go on the web (not a firewall issue), I reinstall LogMeIn on the computer. I have exactly the same computer on other sites and they don't have this problem. I keep getting those error in the event monitor: Screenshot of event viewer Anyone can help me with this? Re: Host connection slow after time on IOS device. Script to restart logmein service? Thanks Kate, I appreciate your help on this. I'm looking to restart via script the logmein service because right now what I do is manually I go and press turn off in the LogMeIn Control Panel on host computer and once it's Off I press Turn On again. After that user is able to connect again to hos computer via LogMeIn. Will it be possible to restart LogMeIn service with script or the script needs the LogMeIn service to run it? Host computer is a Windows 10 Pro computer with the lastest LogMeIn version. Thanks Host connection slow after time on IOS device. Script to restart logmein service? Hi, maybe someone can help me with this problem... We have a few hosts that after time (about 1 week) it's almost impossible to connect to via IOS device (ipad). It's becomes really slow or impossible to connect at that point. So me the network admin I have to go physically on computer and open the LogMeIn Control Panel and turn Off the button (Accessible via LogMeIn.com) and turn back on. After that it works well. My question is: Would it be possible for me to send a script via central on computer to restart logmein service so I don't have to go physically on computer every time? If it's possible, which service would I need to restart exactly? I could then schedule a task to restar automatically this service every week... Thanks log4j CVE-2021-44228 logmein impacted?
