Remote Execution cannot select multiple devices by searching / Templates missing when creating job. Hello - We're noticing that recent UI changes have disabled the ability to select multiple devices when creating a Remote Execution job. For example when I create a new job I can select multiple devices only by scrolling through the list of devices. As soon as I search for a device and select it, the previous devices become de-selected. An additional UI issue is when creating a new job our Templates section is empty however we have several templates when viewed through Manage Templates. Has this been reported and is there a resolution? Thanks - Bill SolvedRe: Unattended agent not correctly reinstalling Hi Glenn - I believe they had previous versions of the agent installed at one time that stopped reporting. The devices were removed from the GTR dashboard due to lack of communication after XX amount of days. The error message I receive is from a new download and appears during the install process. Thanks - Bill Re: Unattended agent not correctly reinstalling Hello - I'm experiencing what I think is the same issue on multiple devices. Here's a screenshot of the error: This issue happens with both an EXE and MSI file. Is the afore mentioned script a possible fix or should I gather log files from Event Viewer? Thanks - Bill GoToMyPC agent alongside GoToResolve agent? We're looking at implementing GoToMyPC Pro for users to remotely access their desktops from home. We currently use GoToResolve for support purposes so I'm concerned that having 2 agents installed concurrently might cause an issue. The users don't need the functionality of GoToResolve, just remote access similar to what the GTR agent has for remote access. Has anyone tried this or have any input? Thanks in advance! Bill SolvedRe: Zero Trust Verification Failed - Be sure this device and your device are set to the right time zone Hi Glenn - Thanks for the quick response. Its a Windows 11 Pro OS, Dell OptiPlex Micro 7010 with nothing else installed aside from the OOBE Windows/ Dell applications. The issue happens during the Zero Trust Verification process when validating a new device. I don't think the Remote Execution will work before the device is validated, however I could be wrong. Thanks - Bill Zero Trust Verification Failed - Be sure this device and your device are set to the right time zone Hello - We recently deployed GoToResolve agent on a remote PC using Microsoft Intune. It's been working well for several months. Today when we try to verify the device we are getting a 'Zero Trust Verification Failed - Be sure this device and your device are set to the right time zone' message. This is a new error after many successful deployments. We are deploying ver.1.11.0.2369 which typically updates to ver.1.13.1.2908 within a few minutes of being online. Is this a known issue or is there a resolution? Thanks - Bill Thanks - Bill SolvedRe: Basic asset report Hi Glenn - Thanks for letting me know. I was able to check out the new feature. This is a big help! Bill Re: Basic asset report Hello, I have a similar request. I don't need something as granular as the OP request but an export of 'Host Name', 'Agent Version' and 'Last logged in user'. We're planning on a larger rollout of GTR and I need to know which devices already have the agent installed and which from our asset list still need the agent installed. Thank you! Bill Unattended Agent not updating We have a handful of unattended agents that mistakenly had an older versioninstalled (ver 1.7.4.1487). The older versions show up on our device list however Terminal, File manager and Remote Execution fail to connect to the device. Will the devices auto-update or does it require a uninstall/reinstall? If they're supposed to auto-update how long should it take for the client to update itself? It's been ~2 days so far. Thanks! Bill Solved
