Display Technician Name in Remote Session for Easy Identification and Contac
Please include the option for the name of the technician to appear when they are connected to a remote session. Currently, when we want to connect, we have to internally validate who the person is to approve access. With this option, we could easily identify who the person is and contact them directly.send clipboard text
It should be possible to send the text I have on the clipboard to a specific field on the remote computer I am using. For example, when I switch users, I have to manually type it, which is very tedious, especially for long passwords. I should be able to send that text through an option to avoid typing it, something like "send clipboard," similar to how other remote applications allow it.
