A text version of the big green dot for Status! What happened to be being able to tell if the end user is present or not? Re: Where did the Status field go? I'm already using a Custom view, and the Activity column is not a visible option. So, back to one of the other views where it's visible to re-customize it. Performance issues v. 1.24.1.6020? Anyone having performance issues with devices that they attribute to Resolve? Alert notices Sorry if this has been covered already, but I'm not clear after watching the video on how you are supposed to know that a device has triggered an alert- if you have NOT chosen to get email notifications? I tried setting up an Alert so I would be notified when certain devices come online by using the Connection status Alert, but that seems to only engage when a device goes offline. Next, I tried setting an Alert when the Winlogon.exe process starts. That MAY be working, but I'm not seeing anything on the screen to "alert me to the Alert"! Guide me, someone please! SolvedRe: Clipboard Sync should be a user preference setting As is having to expand the remote session toolbar...! Last logged in user Interesting Friday tidbit of info...when TermSrv into a device, logging on as Administrator, the GoToResolve last logged in user does not change. Re: Recent changes to mouse behavior? Edit 7/26 This issue is still bugging me on almost every remote session. The remote mouse behaves as if the Clicklock setting is turned on, which it isn't on either the client or technician desktop. Sorry, am a little behind on updates. I checked earlier today after a Windows update and reboot, and found that it's no longer occurring. I also launched and updated the G2R Desktop Console and it's not occurring there either! #ghostinthemachine #manicmonday Re: Can't type characters requiring the shift key on some remote sessions I'm not 100% sure if there was a published solution. My issue went away after remapping the Right Shift key to function as the Left. Still annoying me to no end is the apparent reversal of the CAPS and NumLock keys between the tech and client devices. Re: Recent changes to mouse behavior? All client computers that I have been in a remote session with have exhibited this behavior. I just used another device to connect a remote session, and it also behaved this way, Each computer that I have run GoToResolve with (web-based using Edge) are laptops and I always use an external mouse. ClickLock is not enabled on any of my devices. Recent changes to mouse behavior? I've noticed recently that the mouse behavior has changed when in a remote session. For instance, when dragging a window I must click the mouse again in order to release the window. Conversely if I click a window, it's not necessary to hold the mouse button while moving the window. I have known this to be ClickLock in the past but my local laptop is not using the feature. What gives?
